This is the last time I'm going to order from Mikes, it's been 2 times in a row that not only have I been charged extra but they haven't given it to me and made a mistake in my order. In addition to making me wait 30 minutes or more. Unbelievable that the kitchen is not able to read an order form as it should!!!

I was charged twice on my credit card, I called twice without anyone checking their accounts...they told me to call my bank, half an hour waiting on line what a waste of time for an error that is not mine. No apology from the staff

The person at the counter was very friendly, that's the only good point with the atmosphere. However, the fries looked like they were from the day before, the cheese had no taste, and the sauce was... special (not a positive). In short, for the rest I don't know, but for poutine, this is not the right address. Even less for the price.

Had the volcano pizza (or something like that) and it was submerged in "Frank's Red Hot" sauce. I couldn't finish it because my mouth was on fire.
Very good food at a reasonable price for the quantity and quality. The service was pleasant and courteous. On the other hand, in summer the doors are constantly wide open on the terrace, which brings in a lot of flies. Expect to have around ten guests flying around you constantly.

Very bad experience, sticky doughy veggie pizzas no taste, shrimp and lobster risotto I don't recommend it full of mushrooms with 2 or 3 shrimp and lobster in crumbs and disgusting presentation makes you not want to eat it, thick lobster bisque a real mush, I forgot the name of the dish I ordered but it's tagliattes gratinated with lobster and shrimp, also nothing to do with the word gratinated with a hint of shrimp and lobster, and the height full of flies inside the restaurant next to the window, a disappointment all round. I invited my parents on Sunday to Mikes on rue Racine. I regret it, too bad but MIkes is over for me.

Very bad experience. We were installed (children's party 17 people) in their mezzanine, a transparent polycarbon roof, blazing sun, without air conditioning. It was super hot, although we said it was unbearable but there was no reaction from them. It took almost an hour before I even had a glass of water. The service was very slow, almost 2 hours before being served. We cleared our tables ourselves, we ourselves went to get the plates and utensils for the cake (downstairs). The 3-year-old had heat stroke. Even if the meal was good, considering the rest, we do not recommend this restaurant. Finished for us.
