This restaurant is well located, spacious with beautiful tables overlooking Root Street at the front and more intimate benches at the back with one of the most beautiful bars in the center. But above all it is the beauty and quality of the dishes prepared by chef Yassine, go and try the Yassine chicken which is currently in competition. 5 stars for the service too.

Don't waste your hard eared cash!. I paid $15.50 for their poutine which came with perhaps 20 fries, covered in congealed mozzarella, no cheese curds, AND a small gravy on the side. This mess (in its totatatlity) was presented in a round tin foil dish (no lid) and placed in a brown paper bag. Not worth $5.00 at best. REALLY#@$%@. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, unlike you ?? Mikes? Now getting to the pizza, the large was sliced in 6 pieces? To busy to make it 12???? The toppings were good on my all dressed, BUT the crust leaves alot to be desired. This is a "NEVER AGAIN" while in the Quebec area.Please folks, come to Alberta for a tasty pizza and a great Angus steak. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. Our local brew companies and distilleries are second to none.?Look forward to seeing you on the west coast. ?

So I've never been so disappointed with a Mike's, the owners have a job!!!!Untrained and completely overwhelmed staff. The waiting time was deplorable and there were few of us. (Barely twenty) Incredibly dirty, especially the toilets (papers and food on the floor) and yet I'm not one to denigrate so much, you have to know how to give positive as I like to do because I am for giving the best to everyone but it's just impossibleEven to make the bill, the poor waitress was unable to do it other when only once.A lot of questioning is to be done next to the management, and for its young people who do their best, given them better tools if you leave them alone.

The atmosphere was good, but the waiting time before receiving our meal after receiving the order took 45-50 minutes and in addition the waitress did not even bring our soup during this time. The food was ordinary with no taste and flavor and what about fries almost undercooked and soft. Very disappointed with my experience, personally I do not recommend. I myself will not return, disappointment!

We went in the evening of the rhythm of the world and for some unknown reason the slot manager had not planned this event in his staff and he was not even present on a Saturday for dinner. The girl was all alone for the entire RC of the restaurant. 2 was up for a group. Terrible experience but apart from her mistake of not ordering our requested fries she did an exemplary job, I would hire her any time. Supposedly this error would have been avoided with a simple ordering on an iPad. In 2022, large restaurant chains of this kind should all be computerized in this way, this prevents us from eating our pizza without fries and my 4-year-old son, who was super hungry and only ate the fries, from having to wait 20 minutes for fries which take 3 minutes to cook. What I deplore the most is the too high number of cooks who did nothing in the kitchen and who found it very funny that I spent 12 minutes standing in front of their counter waiting for my fries, but without making them . It seems that the kitchen is there to make up for the waitresses' mistake and to make the fries rush and not to do nothing for 17 minutes to wait for my forgotten order of fries. What a disastrous kitchen worker. Don't go eat there on big nights you will be disappointed.

First time visiting this chain. The menu is quite extensive, mostly very unhealthy options! I had this Thai salad which was pretty good. The pasta dish my husband has was pretty bland. The kids meal was enormous! No wonder there’s an obesity problem with kids! The main issue I had though was the service. Really not very friendly and she didn’t ask us basic things like what our daughter wanted to drink with her kids meal. I wouldn’t go back after today’s experience.
