Visited recently and was disappointed by the freshness of the baked goods. We tried several items, but only one tasted reasonably fresh—the rest were clearly a few days old and lacked the quality you’d expect from a bakery. If you value freshness, you may want to look elsewhere until they improve their standards

Nouvelle crème molle très décevante! Cristallisée comme j’ai jamais rarement vu, le trempage était correct mais sans plus. La meilleure partie était le cornet. Pas la peine de dépenser proche de 10$ quand celle du Mcdonalds la surpasse de beaucoup

Nice bakery in Chicoutimi. Had chocolate could have been hotter. Enjoyed the croissants. We were too early for the restaurant part to be open.

I'm French, came to buy a baguette at 8:30 a.m. but unfortunately no fresh bread before 1 p.m.!!! I bought 2 croissants and a pain au chocolat and I paid a tip even though I didn't eat there!!!!!otherwise the pastry is good.

Try the lime or lemon tartlets, you will understand why Ladouche is the only place to know in the city center for your desserts!

Cappuccino was well prepared with robust coffee flavor not overpowered by milk ?. Paired well with the yummy pastries ? and great service with a smile. Thanks for your wonderful coffee break.

Very bad service. Disorganized service staff. Tables dirty from previous guests. Overall it doesn't shine with cleanliness, although the café is quite nicely done. Cake wasn't good, but croissant was and so was the baguette we took with us. Not even a cake fork was handed out, but spoons. After asking, the service person came with a normal fork, which was also dirty. The responsible managing director should take a closer look here.

A beautiful location, and the place is cozy.

The portions of cakes are small for the price.

We passed by by chance, not knowing that Chicoutimi held such a treasure.
Small, pretty tea room bakery, great service provided by two smiling and pleasant young girls.
What can we say about the coffee pastries and pastries, the taste, sweetness and lightness are perfect.
We will come back 6 years after we were looking for a quality bakery and pastry shop, we found it very successful for you and an expansion in the surrounding towns
