Very poor service. I had time to eat my meal before we were offered a drink or if everything was ok. Once the plate arrives, no service. I would like to point out that the restaurant was 25% full so there were very few people.

Very disappointing
Fish way overcooked, chicken overcooked, gratinated shrimp were lukewarm cold, no sauce with the fish, sauce too diluted for cheese sticks, garlic butter is garlic oil...salad not cut, we are forced to reserve at either 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. and when we get there, she doesn't take my name to check if I had reserved, people who had not reserved arrived at 6:00 p.m. and they accepted them , very long before someone from reception came to see us to assign us a table, filet mignon was tough, expensive for what we got...

The servers are absolutely rude and unprofessional. They impose a tip to the client and speak their mind if they are unhappy with the amount given. Tips are not mandatory but rather optional and the client should not feel bad if they are unable to leave an amount. One guest at our table was completely humiliated by the server. This is unacceptable!

I ordered filet mignon with extra sauce that I didn't get, the filet mignon was disgusting and my husband ate the chicken at Grégoire also awful, the potato that came with it was so cooked that it was awful

We didn't eat, we wanted a seat, but the waitress was no longer taking customers. Very ordinary welcome, she was in the mood and made us feel it. Not very smiling. She didn't even come to us to ask us what we wanted. Very disappointed.

Le saumon, crevette, escargots est TRÈS basic et sans gout. Le riz et la salade laisse également beaucoup trop a désiré pour quelque chose de simple a faire. Les patates manquent cruellement d'amour. Vue le prix des plats on ne peux pas trop se pleindre mais a éviter si vous avez envie d'un bon souper. Le service est correcte et l'ambiance également mais sans plus.

Le restaurant s'est beaucoup amélioré depuis sa réouverture. Les plats sont super bons et le service est rapide. Les places de stationnement ont été augmentées, ce qui est très bien car avant c'était problématique. Parfois, ça peut être bruyant étant donné que beaucoup de gens s'y rendent, mais c'est d'office pour beaucoup de restaurants.
