A staple of Chicoutimi. We always come for the chicken dinner (the only time we eat chicken!). Service with a smile a relaxed vibe. Eating outside great for people watching.

The service was mediocre: no smile from one of the young girls and a very stupid look (that's not her place at all, a tall blonde). The meals were almost all cold; we had to turn our plates over several times. No empathy, no sorry, it was very difficult and very bad experience.

George must be turning in his grave Those who knew the old George steak hose are in mourning because they changed a lot of spices and the recipe the spaghetti only tastes like tomato that changed the portions reduced and for 2 spaghetti including a mushroom spaghetti a meatball + mushroom spaghetti au gratin =$71 delivered and + very expensive tip for the taste

We arrived on a Sunday evening (only place that accepted minors on the street)
Aperitif & meal (2 adults + 1 child)
We ate correctly but the dishes remained rude / service a little oppressive (came to see us very very regularly so that we could order)

Good meal but not up to the level of communication made internally and externally by this “institution”

The only Georges restaurant in Chicoutimi!
Excellent hearty meal, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. Well located opposite the summer festival on Talbot Street. Good people, Saguenéens! Old period decor with family photos of Mr. Georges and co. Large restaurant with plenty of space. Everyone knows the Georges restaurant! An institution!

Service was not friendly. At the end we've even got forced to give more tip! And the waitress was talking bad about us in the kitchen, what we heard when we left the restaurant

I was a cook 6 in a restaurant bar in Trois-rivière (resto bar le grill) it reminded me a lot of the restaurant and the meat that I ate previously great experience and excellent meat everything was good thank you very much and the waiter was 1
