moi et ma conjointe avons eu la meilleure des expérience au saguenay Lac Saint Jean au restaurant l'asorti . croyez nous , nous ne sommes pas rejeane et ti paul qui sorte 2 fois par année, nous sommes des foodies qui aprecies les sorties et aimons essayer de nouvelles chose le plus que possible .
nous avons eu la chance d'être servi par Florence côté bar et que dire, même en étant demandant en tout instant , Florence nous a répondu toujours avec sourire, justesse et bon conseil . nul besoin de vous dire qu'elle sera rémunéré en conséquence.
en entre j'ai eu l'aile de raie qui m'a foie fut , la meilleur entrer du saguenay Lac Saint Jean (pour les amateurs de poisson) car oui l'aile de raie goûte un petit peu le poisson blanc . suivi du repas de pieuvre et crevettes, avec une sauce de lait de coco et curi , assaisonner à la perfection .
en dessert nous avons déguster la crème brûler . excellent choix , pas trop sucré goût riche et subtile .
ma note est de 100% pour ce restaurant .

Amazing experience with seat at the bar counter! Florence was able to advise us well on the wine and the menu. We opted for the tasting menu and were not disappointed!! Everything was absolutely delicious and the kitchen even agreed to adapt the dishes to the intolerances of the members of the table. In short, a very pleasant VIP experience for the palate and the soul! Thanks to the whole team 🙏🏼❤️

Excellent dining experience at Assorti. The welcome was also excellent. We ate on the side terrace, which was very pleasant given the mildness of the evening. As a starter, we enjoyed the Scallop Nage flambéed with Pernaud, and as a main course, the two tartars (Italian beef and Thai salmon) were also excellent. The restaurant was recommended to us by our host and the recommendation was excellent.
