Bed linen only changed every 4th day. Beds are 'tired' and need to be replaced. Soiled towels needed to be brought to the front desk to recieve clean ones. Staff attitudes were simply, 'if one didn't like it, you could leave.' The excuse was staff shortages.

1st time staying here. Great location... across the street from a huge grocery store, SAQ around the corner, restaurant in the hotel has good food. The staff speak English ! Very clean hotel with rooms off the pool area. Bathrooms have heated floors. For snowmobilers, the trail is right off the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place !

Great establishment. Trails at your door step. Good food, snowmobile shelter. Great to relax in the hot tub after riding for the day. Had a ground floor room with was perfect .Will be coming back next year.

This is not a typical vacation place in the winter - but their huge pool is the attractive point that draws families like ours. The rooms are dated and a little small, but very clean. Mattresses are soft with very few pillows. You have to ask the front desk to get more pillows sent up. They are not stingy with the towels. The swimming pool is fantastic! It is large and warm, with a large window getting an abundance of sunshine. There are suites that give off the pool - it is more expensive, but it may be part of the experience. Service is very good and friendly. The front desk is always smiling and offering assistance, even if you are not asking for it. The restaurant is limited at best, as it has a limited menu - not for everyone.

Comfortable hotel in Chicoutimi. The hotel is aging, but still in good condition, is comfortable and provides good service. It is my regular hotel in the region. Has nice brewery restaurant about 500m away called L'Usine, which I also recommend.

(Translated by Google) Filet mignon at $ 40 ok but unable to chew it and full of nerves it's no. No homemade bread or baguette, the round bun in its plastic packaging makes a little canteen. Meals over $ 100 on a grrr paper doily. Impeccable waitress. Serveuse impeccable.
