What was the best poutine in the Saguenay for me has now become the worst poutine in the Saguenay... the fries taste like oil, the sauce is like pogner en mottons and almost no cheese.. I don't taste the bbq sauce, only the oil from the fries, too bad the new owners won't keep the recipe for the old poutine, I now have to find a new poutine restaurant

Unfortunately another restaurant, which was sold and which did not follow....in my opinion!!!! Waiting for our coffee for at least 10 minutes, supposedly the waitress hadn't seen us!!!! Ordinary lunch poutine without taste, plus we asked for extra sauce in a separate dish....the sauce was transparent and super liquid...it was more of a soup everything was soggy, but maybe people like that......when it was time to pay the lady at the cash register didn't know how to load the extra sauce and the waitress came and told her **it's not really an extra sauce but the bottom is the pot that I gave them** 🤦🏼♀️....very comfortable with my decision $1 tip was reasonable for me.....After the Café Mont-Royal restaurant here is Le Malraux also on my list!!!! Unfortunately for the employees who work very hard to get there :))

I went for lunch and I was served burnt toast and when I called the waitress for more toast, she told me it was the toaster's fault without offering me any. change them. Then she told me that I was disrespectful and that she was the owner and changed my toast without looking at me. Subsequently, everyone using them looked at me with judgment. Honestly, never again. Unfortunately, my little neighborhood restaurant has changed a lot. My classic poutine and hamburger order doesn't live up to the old recipe at all. Grated cheese in poutine, undercooked fries. You don't change the recipes of a restaurant like this, that's not done. We won't be going back, we're going back in search of the best poutine in town...
