The waitress rolled her eyes at us when we asked her something and I asked her to sing happy birthday to a friend and she didn't do it because she couldn't find her boss but he was walking around the restaurant throughout the evening. I find it quite ordinary as a service

The food for lunch was not very good, the service was far from adequate. The waitress was never there except to take orders and pay the bills (no smile). We politely told her of our disappointment with the eggs which were not cooked and we received no apology or explanation, she only told us that she would tell us in the kitchen. Very disappointing and high price for the quantity and quality. In short, it is a restaurant specializing in pasta and not lunches.

I was surprised at the deterioration in quality at this restaurant. The server was very nice and courteous, but it was too slow. There weren't many people there and we waited over 45 minutes to receive our food. It was 1 p.m. The red leatherette benches give the impression of sitting on the ground. We seem to want to give a chic and modern air to a family restaurant. It's monotonous. Same with the spaghetti Bolognese sauce, bland and tasteless and the same for the millefeuille lasagna. Only the presentation was pretty. Very disappointed. I'm sure you can do much better.

My dish this evening cost $27….to put it on the table d'hôte it was $19 more….2/3 of the price of my meal….it's a scam for what I got got! I will never go to Pacini again. Yet it was one of my “spots” during my business runs. A bad snail starter and a good dessert but nothing more is never worth $20! It cost me $60 including tip and I didn’t consume any alcoholic drinks.
