Sincerely disappointed. But really disappointed.
I come from Ottawa on vacation here in Chicoutimi and I saw that Bébé Fesair mentions having the best poutine in town. I tried to experience it and to my great surprise, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
But let me explain. The fries are soft. No crunch and tastes like another review mentioned "the day after brush" the sauce is a little more ordinary and extremely runny.
I had an extra chopped steak, but I wasn't expecting a child's portion. This is absolutely ridiculous.
The burger…..if only the meat could at least fill half the bun.
I think the potential is there, despite everything it's not an abomination! It’s a small town restaurant that has a lovely charm and atmosphere. But the staff looks dead. The food seems to depend on the mood of the stadium and that's not good. My goal is not to denigrate a business that clearly seems to have a good clientele. Maybe seeing as I came in closing the quality was less present…. I don't know.
I am ready to give another chance to restaurants that sincerely seem to have value.

It's not bad, but I wonder about the non-hot chicken sauce for the poutine... Is it homemade? Because it is rather liquid unlike usual poutine sauces. We had the smoke meat poutine... it was okay. Friendly and polite service 🙏 always appreciated!

Ridiculously small burger with almost no toppings, poutine/soup that is way too watery with cold cheese curds that are practically frozen, fries that taste too much like oil and ordinary poutine sauce, nothing exceptional. Despite what they say, it's far from being the best poutine in town!

Ordered Poutine served bathed in too much sauce, reheated fries, excuse me but far from being the best in Chicoutimi..another hamburger menu, quite cheesy (I didn't order a children's menu?) bathed in a sauce with strange appearance and equally reheated fries... Surprised by the general rating...
