The waitress mentioned to us 4 times that she had a group of 20 people that she had to serve ? I asked for a children's meal because I wasn't very hungry, but I was told that she was not serving no children's meals to an adult. Which is just ridiculous. So I chose the spaghetti and the sauce tasted just like ketchup. Like this I was eating pasta with ketchup. Really really disappointing meal. It’s been years since I’ve been there and I won’t be going back for a couple of years for sure!

If I had to summarize my experience at Resto Roberto in Chicoutimi, I would say, a restaurant with good food, but with truck stop service.My 3 experiences concern lunches. The waitresses are jaded. They bring you a coffee to start with and unfortunately if you wanted to drink orange juice or tea instead, they leave with a frustrated look. Once I asked for a glass of water 3 times and never got it. It's a shame because the so-called Brunch lunch is good although the portion of meat is just right. I had lunch there on February 6, the last time with the office the service was still bad. I don't think I'll go back there.
