I am extremely disappointed with the repeated experiences I have had at this Starbucks. On several occasions my order was filled incorrectly, and it seemed the employees didn't pay attention to details. In addition, the attitude of some staff members really leaves something to be desired. They are often rude or seem stupid, as if they are disinterested in the service they are providing.

On top of that, it's virtually impossible to get what I order because they never have anything in stock, whether it's popular products or even basic items. For a chain as famous as Starbucks, this is unacceptable. Every visit is a disappointment because of these recurring problems.

It's time for this establishment to improve both their customer service and inventory management to provide the experience we expect from this brand.

I order a sandwich to take away with mayo inside, she doesn't even put the mayo, I go and ask her for more mayo and she gives me a bag saying it's up to me to put it myself ! Even McDonald's can do it! Very bad service!

Service of... I don't name her but I took her name into memory. She asks me what I was going to have and suddenly leaves and does something else, she comes back, I start my order again but she does the same thing to me again because she has to give the sandwiches to the customers but she is not there. alone in the restaurant to serve so when she came back the 3rd time, I told her can I order now phew and when I gave her my membership card on my cell, she replied no stars here. So Mr.'s service, I won't go to this Starbucks anymore.
No sense having people like this behind the counter.

Very ordinary experience especially when working in customer service. The Starbucks employee who doesn't understand French because she comes from another country and who dares to tell us that we are mixed up and who lacks solid respect for the customers, plus the manager who dares to come and tell us to change jobs. face and be polite when trying to explain the situation to him.
