I went to place an order at the drive-thru, the lady who answered me was extremely stupid, when I specified what I wanted she replied "that's great, I understand", note that I specified myself since otherwise my orders are never correct. Once at the window I say hello to her, she ignores me and laughs with her colleagues, doesn't even tell me the price, doesn't look at me, she simply takes out the machine and leaves. She gives me my order without looking at me and always talking with others, not even able to greet me, very ordinary.
Also the order was not exact, obviously to no one's surprise I got a plain bagel instead of sesasme.
