My partner and I have gotten into the habit of going to the drive-thru every Sunday morning and then walking around eating our lunch while listening to music. We started this ritual during the pandemic. At the beginning 3 times out of 5 there were errors in our order. Either items were missing or there were completely wrong orders. It became our running gag to say, are we going to receive our order correctly this time? Not to mention the endless waiting times. It is true that during this period there was staff turnover and high intensity traffic. But for more than a year and a half we have been pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service of the employees as well as the excellent food served to us. Congratulations to the whole team, it's a monumental improvement. This Tim Horton will remain our favorite for a long time to come. Your smile is a ray of sunshine.
