It smells like urine when you walk in, not potatoes or bagels. The cashier doesn't understand anything when we speak to him; one of his colleagues had to take him by the hand and show him. My partner didn't have mayo or turkey in his Tim club, my sandwich was so dry the bread fell apart on its own.
