A real daycare on the weekend! It's fun, the kitchen is a mess, dozens of people are waiting at the door, an incredible number of losses, it makes mistakes, and we forget to make my brewed coffee, 3 people had their order and I was forgotten. .very painful on the weekend

It smells like urine when you walk in, not potatoes or bagels. The cashier doesn't understand anything when we speak to him; one of his colleagues had to take him by the hand and show him. My partner didn't have mayo or turkey in his Tim club, my sandwich was so dry the bread fell apart on its own. I already worked at Tim Hortons and honestly, my manager would never have tolerated her employees having so little pride in their work.

Hello. I went to Tim Hortons boul st Geneviève chicoutimi north this afternoon July 17 3 boys behind the counter this ask who will answer me one of them approaches to serve me but that really doesn't suit him, I ask him for a dozen donuts but in the box but not closed I take it and place it on the counter I see the donuts all wrongly placed in the donut box upside down, I ask that he come and see me this is saved. Behind these another young man who came to redo my box very nice he said to me sorry these my weekend manager ouffff not easy customer service ill throw the first box of donuts in the trash what a loss for a restaurant.
