There seems to be a management problem at this branch, at least that's what an employee explained to me when I asked about the very high wait time for orders. Seeing that some customers were waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich, I opted for an order of simple bagels and soup, but we still had a long wait. Unfortunately, I also witnessed an employee drop a knife on the floor and pick it up to use in food preparation! There did not appear to be a clear person in charge of managing other employees and this had a significant impact on the quality of service. Ambience and food ok, but the soup could have been hotter.

First Tim since a kid who puts an acceptable amount of cheese on his bagels and who puts butter on both halves of the bagel! Better experience than the one on Ste-Geneviève in Chicout-Nord, no hesitation. Potato didn't taste very good though.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in the area, the displays are often almost empty. I showed up last night 1 hour before closing in front of barred doors and staff telling me that they were closed even though the holiday schedule on the door and the one on the internet clearly indicated open, this happens very often and I try to call before to make sure and not show up for nothing and they never answer. I will go elsewhere next time.

we went at 9:00 p.m. with an order already paid but the employees had closed 1.00 earlier not registered on the schedule and he was waiting outside with bags of food full we had to pay but we got nothing because he decided to leave 1 :00 earlier thank you very much
