The poutine had a little too much gravy, but the fries, gravy and cheese tasted great. We had a pizza with a cheese stuffed crust, and the crust was a little raw in the center (which was not a problem for me, who likes the taste and texture of raw dough). Delicious pizza like most pizzas made in Charlevoix. Even in the big cities of Quebec, it is never as good as those of our good Old Charlevoix. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves real good pizza!!!
