I ordered chicken sandwiche but they don’t have bread after that I said you can use bagel instead of bread but they put beaf in that bagel instead of chicken in my relegion its non negotiable when i told him this thing they guy who was on drive he said it was not me such a shameless team member even he didn’t feel shame for that thing its same like that you pray for something and after that you eat thet thing such same of you guys 😔😔😔😔

Worst service ever! The staff member who took our order only gave us our coffee and completely forgot the rest of it. When we politely reminded her, she acted as though we were asking for something extra, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, she forgot again, and we had to ask if a random sandwich sitting on the counter was ours.

Honestly I am a person who encourages local but unfortunately the Tim Hortons in my village has really been a disaster in recent months. Even with the lack of staff which I can obviously understand, that doesn't excuse the blatant lack of customer service on weekends in particular.
The young cashiers don't even look at you in the eyes, no smiles.....
Still missing a lot of things in the pastry counter
And what about their Latté machine which is definitely broken....Tim Hortons specializes in coffee...and for 3 weeks I have been showing up before hockey for a Latté and the machine is still not functional!!! Let's see it's a joke???!????!!!
On the other hand, I mention the clerk's service during the week, an older man with an English accent. Wow!! This man on the other hand is really the only one who makes me come back to see you! Always a smile, good service with him 👍
