Encore une fois, une commande qui arrive avec plus de 30 minutes de retard, repas froid. Au moins, cette fois, il n'y avait pas d'erreur de commande ou d'items manquants et le livreur était bien sympa.

Franchement un gros 0 zero !J’ai commandé 2 fois cette semaine. Premiere fois j’achète un gateau complet a 45$. Je recoit apres plus d’une heure d’attente une pointe de Gâteau seulement. Je retente un livraison ce soir… 1h30 d’attente que je me decide a appeler pour voir ou ils en sont. Comme toujours il m’explique qu’il on plus de client qu’a l’habitude…. On est mardi soir et Cowansville c’est un village! Le livreur fini par arriver et me donne ma commande, qui évidemment n’etais pas la mienne!!!! Je doit rappeler ENCORE pour me faire mettre sur attente 10min. Je comprend les situations exceptionnelle, le manque d’employer etc mais il y a des limites a recevoir ce genre de services.** D’une famille qui commandais VRAIMENT souvent!!

Réponse de la personne à la caisse : NOUS N'AVONS PLUS DE CUISSE.....Hier soir, je reçois sur mon cellulaire, la promotion : ST -HUBERT, cuisse, toujours en spécial.Je me présente aujourd'hui, au comptoir, je commande : 2 repas -cuisse- pour emporter, en spécial. On me répond : C'EST FINI CETTE PROMOTION ?.Vraiment très déçue.La prochaine fois :ST-HUBERT. ou. BENNY ???????

Super! La seul chose plate c'est qu'on commande en ligne pour que ça sois prêt à l'arrivée, mais ont est arrivé à l'heure indiquée il n'avais même pas commencé notre commande!Il y avais max 5 personnes dans le restaurant et 2 personne au service au volant! C'est vraiment plate

La bouffe était bonne et le service rapide un dimanche soir 20h30, vraiment rien à dire de négatif pour ma part.
Les cuisinières sont en commun avec Harvey’s. Ils n’utilisaient pas de gants pour la préparation et même l’un(e) a touché(e) les frites avec la main. Service lent.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong, missing items or just flat out the wrong thing. Often the poutine st Hubert is not even half filled with a handful of fries. On top of that they try to get you to tip at the drive thru, nothing annoys me more I’m getting my own food there is 0 service and what little they do is wrong.

Generally always missing something. Ordered the Bangkok salad and there was no Chinese noodles in it. The sauce pouch was under my salad and the Thai sauce so it was a mess.
