Went inside at 4:30pm and I’m pretty sure the trays left in the holder was from the lunch rush. It didn’t look appetizing or clean. We decided to go to McDonald’s instead. You will use clients if that’s how little you think of them. No reason for it to be left so dirty

St. Hubert is a historical staple in Quebec. You need to try this place at least once. The rotisserie chicken, fries and bread with the famous gravy... absolutely wonderful! They grow with the times, so, they aldo have lobster rolls that are supposed to be very good as well.
