We went on a Sunday evening, it wasn't too busy. The staff were very friendly and we got our food quickly. The food was good, but the atmosphere is not the same as a regular St Hubert. However, the staff really made up for that with their high quality service.

Chicken is so so in our opinion. Pork rib is good though.

I only use the delivery service. I would like to mention that all the delivery people who come to my house are extremely polite and professional young adults! St-Hubert Cowansville has a perfect delivery team!
