We went on Saturday for my son's birthday so I asked the waitress to do something that to surprise him, since im the manager of Breakfast restaurant Benedictine châteauguay and we always do something special for the birthdays to make our custumers are happy and it's free so she refused. Then I ordered my food and I said I don't eat meat can u just add some more potatoes which is cheaper than meat and she said No very roodly, since I work in Breakfast restaurant i would never let my waitresses to speak that way to my customers. Service is long

C'était ma première visite aujourd'hui. Le service était très bien. Toutefois, lorsque j'ai demandé de retirer des éléments ( des oeufs avec une sauce) pour faire remplacer par une portion de fruits on m'a répondu que cela était impossible et qu'un extra serait facturé alors pour les fruits. Ce n'est pas ce genre d'approche que je recherche. Donc ce sera ma dernière visite.

I ordered a colossus 1 plate on Uber eats and it was a very bad experience. First, my order is delivered to my neighbors instead of to my house. Second, the food is very disappointing. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic, the French toast was not cooked at all, the potatoes were way too salty and the toast was just burnt and dry. This was my first experience with AM and I don't plan on going back.

First time trying out this chain. They have several restaurants south or north of Montreal, but none in Montreal. There was a long wait line. Luckily, we didn't have to wait over 20min. The food was alright. The portion size was fine, but the food was surprisingly not filling as I'd hope.
There's a free parking lot, but it was full. So we had to park further.

In the dining room the Service and food is exceptional. However, for the take out I am really not satisfied with my order. This morning, February 22, I took out 3 dishes, avocado bacon goat cheese spread, avocado salmon spread and a giant. In my 2 plates of spreads I had no fruit and no toast with the giant, although I asked the waitress if everything was there. I left him a good tip too. I find that very disappointing. Could we remedy this situation please? I still got a bill for almost $80 for this service.

Good portion, good taste
Super cold eggs benedict but hot potatoes and meat.
The fruits were beautiful.
On the other hand, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the tables are so close together that I have the impression of eating with the neighbors. The layout and choice of materials in the room make it super noisy.
Very basic service, forgot my coffee, the person serving the dishes asks me if I want condiments I answer yes and I never got it in the end.
Didn't have a coffee stove either. Barely finished the bill was on the table already paid without having removed the plates.
I understand that it was busy but it was the first time I went there, I don't want to go back. We agree that there is no shortage of lunch restaurants!

Very good meal, however, we were extremely surprised to have on our bill a charge of $3.99 indicating plate and coffee included because my 12 year old daughter (who had a hot chocolate because she certainly does not drink unlimited coffee) and I shared a plate. Taking into consideration that we were 3 adults and a child at the table with a bill amounting to $72 and up. The manager told us that it was the rules and that she couldn't do anything. So in 2025, having an extra plate costs $3.99 plus tax...we'll never go back there again.

The food was excellent, very good service from our server.
However, in terms of the atmosphere in the restaurant there are some shortcomings. The boss makes inappropriate comments about his employees and behaviors that may raise some questions.

I was treated very cavalierly by a waitress at this establishment who told me she was the "manager". I experienced an unacceptable situation and I believe that the franchisee had no empathy for the situation, telling me that it was a communication problem between me and this "manager". Having advertised their business on my social media platforms, I would never set foot in this establishment again (Delson). If it's a type of franchisee who doesn't take customer service to heart, God knows what kind of management there is internally and the laxity of senior management who never answered my emails. and messages on Messenger. So they want your $$$ without caring about the customer experience. I will detour elsewhere.

The waitress who chats and who never comes to bring the bill plus forgetting an extra which was requested well before. Until another girl appears and asks us if we received the bill and if we wanted it... after receiving it, we see on the bill the extra we never got. After requesting reimbursement for this extra (since I had already suddenly paid) and after obtaining it. I ask for a reusable glass so I can bring my daiquiri which I couldn't finish because of the amount of pieces of fruit still frozen inside. After several minutes, never received the glass and the waitress stupidly intervenes in our discussions and thinks we are talking about her... in short, very bad decision this place.

It was a busy day when we visited for brunch. I was expecting to wait for a long time for the order to show up but surprisingly we had the food ready in less than 10 minutes. Service was very polite, fast and to the point.

It's rare that I complain but very disappointed the eggs were still gooey I had them changed and it was still the same thing their French toast looks like a slice of toasted household bread no taste not even a little taste of vanilla my toast arrived not buttered I was around 9:30am and can be busy but that's my experience for the first and last time for $23 alone I'm going to go elsewhere
