“Terrible customer service on this visit. I had a couple in front of me and after 10 minutes only one was served. The one cashier was only serving the drive window. After the third car being served before the lady in front of me even got served I left. Imagine the guy she was with had his food and she was still waiting.

Normally the food good, and atmosphere is fine, but this time can’t rate as the service was awful… wasted 20 minutes to get no food 🙄…

Hopefully they can fix this”

“Wow, their poutine is easily the best! I am so happy I found this place, and it has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I have a craving. The fries are perfect, the cheese curds are super and squeaky, and the gravy ties it all together nicely. On top of that, it’s a very clean restaurant with great overall food and quick service. I'll definitely be back often!”

“I had such a great experience at the Thai Express in Delson! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent every time I go. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even better. On my last visit, I accidentally dropped my plate, and without hesitation they prepared me a brand-new one at no extra charge — such amazing customer service! It’s rare to find that level of kindness these days. Definitely my go-to spot for tasty Thai food.”

“I solo travel at least once a year and decided to come to Montreal for the first time over my birthday weekend. My first meal/birthday dinner was at Le Vin Papillon and I can’t express what a wonderful experience I had. The mushrooms might be the most incredible dish I’ve ever tasted (I will likely dream about them) and the ham was equally delightful. I sipped on the Martinez Rose (delicious but very strong- do not order if you’re a lightweight). 😂. The staff surprised me with a carrot cake ice cream sandwich and while I don’t typically enjoy carrot cake…this was next level.

More importantly, the staff was superb. They were so welcoming and attentive. I’d love to give a special shout out to Flo- thank you for your kindness and for making my birthday dinner so special.

“A great night all around at Joe Beef! Our server, Maeve, was insanely busy but kept everything moving, everyone looked after and had time to explain dishes & make great suggestions. Four of us shared several appetizers, 2 mains & 2 desserts and it was perfect. Escargot & raw tuna - perfection!”

“I had really high expectations for Restaurant Monarque and was hoping it would completely blow me away. While the food was delicious, the overall experience fell just slightly short of what I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Service was the main area that didn’t quite meet expectations. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes before receiving menus and had to ask for them. Throughout the meal, interactions felt a bit rushed - several staff members who stopped by the table were somewhat brief, and on a few occasions, items like bread or water were dropped off while we tried to ask questions, but the busser had already walked away. That said, the restaurant was quite busy during lunch, so it’s possible the pace and attentiveness were impacted by that. As for the food, we ordered the albacore tuna appetizer along with the strip loin, butcher’s cut, and duck for our mains. Everything was well-prepared, though the duck portion was noticeably small. Desserts were a highlight - especially the pavlova with maracuya, which was excellent. Our server Laura was professional, though not very engaging until the very end of the meal when we were settling the bill. I would still return, as the food is strong, but I have to say that Bar George left a more lasting impression on us in terms of both food and service.”
