Sushi Bars near Delson

“***UPDATE*** Following this comment, the restaurant contacted me and corrected the situation. We had excellent sushi, everything was impeccable. Everyone was very satisfied with this new order. Thank you very much for following up.

Since the branch (Delson) opened, I often have orders prepared both to take home and for team dinners at work. usually, always excellent service... but today!!!!

We placed the order online, very early, to have it by noon, it was ready around 12:20.
We had to have dessert sushi and dragon eyes with the gors platter... no dessert sushi
The rollers didn't hold together, everything fell apart as soon as you touched them.
Little choice on the board.
there was a small tray next to it (because of allergies) only vegetables, we asked for no wasabi, more ginger, none of that was done.

I won't even talk about the bickering between the employees when we arrived to take our orders.

“We had ourselves prepared in advance and brought a tray. They were all very good, we had enough food for 4 people.On site when picking up the order, the employee was smiling and answered our questions. Very good service.The dining room was also very clean and there was take out at the counter to keep cold.“

“We went on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty quiet so we had no issue getting a table. The service was pretty fast and great with their even being the robot. The waitress working was very friendly. They have a good variety of deserts, with the friend banana being great. Some soft drinks free as well. The only issue was with the deserts, other tables taking the wrong deserts from the robot delayed us but except for that nothing else. They also don't pressure you at all whatsoever which gave it a very nice ambiance.

“We love hidden fish , normally we order out at least twice a month but this week I decided to eat in with my gf. We went on Saturday Night, Wilson the server was great, he recommended best dishes on the menu, and his service was top of the line. We sat in the lounge area, amazing decor and ambient. We will come back again!“

The first night we came they were extremely busy and understaffed but they were very apologetic, handled it well and offered 30% off of our total. Our second visit, the circumstances were much better and the owner recognized us and gave us 2 free dishes on top of another discount! “I’ve gotten both delivery and dined in here now and I can confidently say this is some of the best sushi I’ve had in Montreal! They have a wide selection of delicious rolls and you really can’t go wrong. They’ve all been super flavorful and taste fresh. I highly recommend trying the crunchy salmon roll and the dragon eel roll, these have definitely been my favorites both times!“

“I was invited to this lovely place for a business lunch and it is a peaceful haven as well as delicious. What my colleague told me is that Sush is one of the few places that has survived all the crises of recent years and has never closed!
This proves that they make good food and that the service is excellent. I would add that the place is incredibly quiet.
They don't need my recommendation, but I still recommend :)

Same for the stir fry dishes which were a tasty surprise. You can see the chefs making everything. They’re not hiding in the back like other restaurants. “One of my favorite sushi spots in Brossard, this place is a hidden gem. The service is truly 5-star, with friendly, attentive staff who make you feel welcome. “Not bad, not bad at all. For someone who really does not really enjoy sushi all that much , I can honestly give them a high go for it, sushi is fresh , taste is good , most importantly they give enough soy sauce. I ordered 80$ worth of sushi between 2 people normally I'll eat 5 pieces or 8 pieces at most this time I nearly had half of the order roughly 23 pieces. Will order again when in the mood for sushi“

Is a small sushi place not in a fancy environment, but I can say the sushi is good and well made , the price is very good for the quality of the food .
The service is also good .

“I ordered online and let me tell you! The packaging was absolutely gorgeous. The food on another level. Wow, the sashimi was second to none, their makis so perfectly rolled and cut and the fish as fresh as it gets. They have amazing hot food as well. Their wagyu dumplings DELICIOUS! And their crispy taquitos with the salmon tartar... foodgasm!

“Awesome all-you-can-eat buffet. The quality of the food is great and the staff is nice. I barely had to wait for my food to get ready each time I ordered, they are really quick! The only downside is the price, which is pretty high for a buffet, but it is absolutely worth it!

Vegetarian options: There are so many options, including various vegetarian options.

Parking: It is located at downtown, in Sainte Catherine Street, so don't expect to find parking easily...

“We chose Sushi Sama over our usual restaurant because they have a much better variety of choices for vegetarians (both more items and more interesting ones). Their prices are also lower than most good quality sushi spots nearby (including our usual place). Our sushi arrived promptly at the requested time, and was absolutely beautiful - it's rare to get veggie options where as much care is put into the presentation as some of the more elaborate fish/seafood rolls. Each roll was delicious and packed with ingredients, with just enough rice to hold it together. The "Snowflake" with sundried tomato, cream cheese & avocado roll was particularly flavourful, but it would be hard to pick a favourite! The edamame maki, tempura yam and the futomaki specials were incredible, but so were the basics (e.g. avocado and oshinko hosomaki, and tamago nigiri). Will definitely be ordering again, and next time we're going to try the Bento box.“
