“I should have known, that when making a dinner reservation, I was told that I should look at the menu and decide what we would eat before going. What? Because if they get busy, it would take 45 to 60 minutes to get our food.
So I looked over the menu the day before.
Why? There are 4 tables. How busy can it get? It's the take out...2 sushi chefs. It did take 45 minutes. It was ok. We were with friends and time passed quickly.
As for the food...I was impressed with the presentation. Beautiful.
Taste..ok. I liked the fact that the rolls had a minimal amount of rice and they were all a good size.
We ordered a variety of Specialty Maki, see pic.
The rice was light and fluffy. The rolls were solid and didn't fall apart. A definite plus. The ingredients were different than in other sushi restaurants which made nit interesting.
Would I go back? Not sure. Need to try it again.“

So you don’t end up paying for a rice roll with a drop of salmon. Plus, the fish is extremely fresh. Been ordering since they opened and will continue :)“

“Good service, decent atmosphere with a medium sized restaurant. It's not too loud which allows you to talk in a bigger group. It can accommodate different size groups, it just takes a little longer to get your food in larger groups, naturally.
Nice variety of food choices. If you don't eat sushi, there are other options that were tasty. The sushi rolls were fresh and nicely rolled. I personally found that the different rolls tasted very similar which took some points away in my opinion. But overall, it was a nice experience.“

Not much sugar, almost like a normal black tea, and if you ask for putting less ice, the employee will respect your ask. I'll revisit again. “For the price and convenience, this place is my absolute to-go after a long day of work. Workers are nice and will take time to explain the content of the sushi. The sushi is fresh and tasty, but do not do the same mistake as Mr. Senecal in the reviews here. Don’t buy discounted items if you are expecting them to be fresh from today because they are all one day before expiration date hence why it’s discounted 🙂.“
