Yakimono Reviews
Bon restaurant Kosher de sushis et salades
Went for dinner at Yakimono sushi bar with a reservation for 830, let me tell you. Atmosphere was outstanding, I was greeted by Vanina the hostess she was very delightful, kind and good vibes all together. My server Perez took my order I had a wine and some rolls. Food came quick with a touch of the busser Seth being very kind and attentive which to me is important when eating out. Overall I would 100% recommend a night out here if there is availability, you will feel special!...read full review

Yakimono is a highly recommended kosher restaurant in Montreal, known for its fresh, delicious, and wholesome food. The restaurant features a beautiful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere with great music and a cozy vibe. Currently, the interior is under renovation, so all dining takes place on a terrace or patio equipped with fire heaters, creating a lovely setting especially in warmer weather. The staff are professional, friendly, and make guests feel welcome, though they are still familiarizing themselves with billing procedures. The menu includes outstanding sushi, with options that cater to allergies, such as no shellfish or nuts, ensuring safety for diners with food restrictions. The food is consistently praised for its quality and flavor, with some reviews highlighting their Yaki sauce and the freshness of the sushi. Appetizers are noted to be small, and the music can be loud at times, which might affect conversation. Despite ongoing renovations, Yakimono remains a great place for a good occasion or a nice night out, offering a clean, upscale environment and top-notch drinks. It’s a wonderful addition to Montreal’s kosher dining scene.
