“This is a must in your quest for a culinary experience in sushi. The staff are awesome. Our server, David, was formative and helpful closing our selection. “Services is great. Very kind and accommodating. Their sushi is fresh and deliciousi. The owner works there and makes the sushi himself with two other employees.
Smaller place so if you want to eat there with a larger party, I highly recommend you reserve in advance.“

“Good service, decent atmosphere with a medium sized restaurant. It's not too loud which allows you to talk in a bigger group. It can accommodate different size groups, it just takes a little longer to get your food in larger groups, naturally.
Nice variety of food choices. If you don't eat sushi, there are other options that were tasty. The sushi rolls were fresh and nicely rolled. I personally found that the different rolls tasted very similar which took some points away in my opinion. But overall, it was a nice experience.“

“Amazing sushi spot in Pointe-Claire! The sushi at 6321 Transcanadienne is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The quality of the fish is excellent, and you can really tell that care is put into every order.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. Portions are generous and the prices are fair for the quality you get. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the experience is always great.
Definitely one of the best sushi places in the area — highly recommend!“

Par contre, pendant le vendredi, le restaurent est souvent occuper par plusieurs commande, donc c'est mieux de commander dans l'avance pour assurer votre repas. Malgré l'attente et les délais, le sushi fait justice et vous ne regretterez pas.“

“Excellent service! The portions are generous and the sushi is big and delicious! The salmon had a nice color and was fresh. There was a little too much sesame on the rice for my taste but nothing to worry about. I definitely plan to go back!“

“I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service we received owner Mr. Ming personally greets and attends to all customer needs. I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.“

“Oustanding service! Don't be surprised if there is a longer wait time depending on the hour/day you're there but they are on par when they give their time estimations. I recommend calling in advance for pickup. The sushi always tastes amazing and the presentation when you order a big platter is really nice. The team is always very accommodating for allergies and substitutes. I would recommend coming here!“

“We were looking for sushi takeout on a Wednesday night after 8 p.m., which isn’t an easy mission around here! Luckily, we found this amazing spot and wow, what a great surprise.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and even offered water while choosing our order. The place had at least 15 staff working, all cheerful and clearly enjoying what they do.
Honestly, I haven’t seen such a happy and busy team since before COVID.
Even though it was 8:30 p.m. and they closed at 9, nobody rushed us or seemed bothered. That kind of service really makes a difference.
The sushi itself was top-notch! The fish-to-rice ratio was perfect; more fish (thank you!) and less rice. Every piece
was fresh, tasty, and beautifully made.
My wife went a little wild with the order (as usual 😂), but even the leftovers the next day tasted just as good, proof of how fresh everything was.
Prices are fair, similar to other spots, but the quality and service easily put them a step above. The restaurant is also way bigger and more authentic-looking inside than you’d expect from the outside.
All in all, we left super happy and full. This place definitely earned a repeat visit from us!

“Always the best Sushi Shop experience. We drive 20 min out of our way to go this specific sushi shop. The mother daughter team there take their sushi seriously. Always rolled tightly and fresh. Also Always well présenter. I have 2 sushi shop way closer and they suck.“

“I've bought sushi from here a few times over the year, it is always delicious and fresh. Not all sushi places let you get a full vegeterian plate so it is appreciated. The place is small, but nice and I've never had any employees that were anything other than professional and kind. However, please do fix your opening hours because I walked 30min to get to you and arrived around 11:30 and you were still closed.“

“I should have known, that when making a dinner reservation, I was told that I should look at the menu and decide what we would eat before going. What? Because if they get busy, it would take 45 to 60 minutes to get our food.
So I looked over the menu the day before.
Why? There are 4 tables. How busy can it get? It's the take out...2 sushi chefs. It did take 45 minutes. It was ok. We were with friends and time passed quickly.
As for the food...I was impressed with the presentation. Beautiful.
Taste..ok. I liked the fact that the rolls had a minimal amount of rice and they were all a good size.
We ordered a variety of Specialty Maki, see pic.
The rice was light and fluffy. The rolls were solid and didn't fall apart. A definite plus. The ingredients were different than in other sushi restaurants which made nit interesting.
Would I go back? Not sure. Need to try it again.“
