“Terrible customer service on this visit. I had a couple in front of me and after 10 minutes only one was served. The one cashier was only serving the drive window. After the third car being served before the lady in front of me even got served I left. Imagine the guy she was with had his food and she was still waiting.

Normally the food good, and atmosphere is fine, but this time can’t rate as the service was awful… wasted 20 minutes to get no food 🙄…

Hopefully they can fix this“

“You are missing out if you don't go here. One of the best burgers I've ever had.

The ingredients in their burgers taste fresh and each component of the burger has a lot of thought out into it. They have a wide variety of burger options on their menu - all of them are different and amazing in their own way. It's a little pricey but honestly, 100% worth it.

They also have their own delivery system (which allows you to order from them directly instead of burning some money through Uber eats/doordash).

This place deserves the high rating - little or no chance that you'll be disappointed after eating here.“

“I rarely rate 5-stars, especially when I've only experienced a place through delivery.

When you buy a burger for delivery, you expect a certain level of deterioration with the delivery process. As such, these burgers have no business being this delicious after being in a paper bag and a car for as long as they are. Fries are meh, burgers are excellent. I've ordered three times in the last month from there. My new go-to burger place.“

Enjoyed the ambiance and style of the restaurant. Better than many of the commercialized chains. Staff was extremely friendly.
Burger was cooked perfectly. The one I ate was rather large. So, I expect to make a bit of a mess. The bun wasn't soggy and all the ingredients worked well for how big it was. Fries are good. Not the best, but definitely my style. The red pickle was a nice touch. I meant to ask how it was pickled, it had a sugary sweetness to it.
Would love to go back and try some of other burgers.“

“Wow!! Enough to feed a family of 4. Portions are huge! Everything came out hot. Especially the french onion soup. It was NUCLEAR!! it was still piping hot. Ton of melted cheese. Had the smoked meat fried rice. That huge bowl could feed a family of 4 with leftovers! Wings were good. Quebec poutine was also huge! Our waiter Asam was fantastic and attentive. Well done Dunn's!!“

“I'm a local Verdunian. With the construction post I wanted to go support the resto! The taste of the food was good, well cooked, but it did take over an hour for the main to be served. The staff should stir the soup before plating as mine was pure liquid and someone else got tons of shrimps and goodies. Also the Bavette was well cooked/seasoned but I did find the dish and protein cut size and sides small given it was the most $ on the menu.“

You can choose what to put in your burger like in Subway, and no matter what you choose it’s always good.
They stay open late and the employees are cool. The first time I went, I saw an employee leave her counter to bring water to a customer who had a spicy ghost pepper burger. So nice!“

“Fantastic experience at NYKS in Montreal. The vibe was relaxed and inviting, service was absolutely superb, and every dish delivered. The four cheese French onion soup was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. The NYKS classic poutine was exactly what you’d want—crispy fries, savory gravy, and perfectly melty cheese curds. The duck confit poutine took it to another level—decadent, flavorful, and worth every bite. Would absolutely come back next time I’m in Montreal.“

“Tried the Double Yumi Cheeseburger. It was a pretty solid burger overall. The patty was flavorful and juicy, pairing really well with the cheddar cheese. I just wish the patty had a bit more of a charred, smoky flavor. That said, it’s still a decent burger, just slightly overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere is clean, and service was pretty quick.“

“We were waiting for them to open at 11 am, Diane saw us and let us in a little early even though we assured her we could wait. She was friendly and funny a served us really, really excellent food. The hot chicken sandwich and the Cajun chicken sandwich were both among the best we've had. great coleslaw too! Sad that it was a short stay in Montreal and we probably won't be back soon but thinking about Mister Steer might get us back faster. We haven't tried the beef yet!“

We were seated upstairs at a window and had a wonderful view. My husband ordered The Nashville Chicken Benedict and enjoyed it, although he did wish it had a little more heat. I had the breakfast poutine and it was top notch! My mimosa was perfect and his bourbon lemonade was exactly what he was looking for in a morning cocktail.“

“We came here for a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner and had an excellent meal. We sat in one of the two people booths which were very comfortable. We had the French onion soup and the calamari for starters. Both were delicious. For entrees we had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the cheeseburger with bacon. Once again, very tasty. The service was great too. This has to be my favourite restaurant in Dix30!“
