“Just ate lunch with my son and there was a gentleman by the name of Eric who was cleaning up and wow, he is a hard worker! Very nice and helpful.
Kept bringing us napkins and making sure we were okay and happy.
Someone needs to give that man a raise!

“I had a wonderful experience at A&W. The food was fresh, tasty, and served promptly, and the restaurant was very clean and well-kept.
Ryan provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. He was kind, patient, and attentive, taking great care of both the elderly customers and me. He made sure everyone was comfortable, checked that everything was satisfactory, and treated everyone with genuine respect and care. His professionalism and thoughtful attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that Ryan takes pride in providing excellent service. I would gladly visit this A&W again.“

“We came to eat here for the first time and it was very good! I wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff because we had forgotten our backpack containing my house and car keys; they took care of the bag. Very honest employees, thank you again! (From the couple on scooters 😀)“

“Lia is the best thing about Harvey’s LaSalle. Hang onto her! She is sharp, quick, efficient, friendly, has excellent listening skills, great eye contact… she is Customer Service 101! I suggest a raise, a promotion, and she should be the model for all your employees. In one interaction she has restored my faith in fast food drive-thru!“
