Had lunch here 4 times in May-June 2025, every time between 2:00-2:30pm, and it was always excellent. Staff was very professional. The food was always hot and tasted fresh, even the tomato and lettuce in my burger (which I inspected before eating because I'm very picky!) was obviously very freshly cut. I removed one star for atmosphere because one time the tables were not cleaned off. Absolutely the BEST ONION RINGS!

IF YOU WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY SEPARATIST WORKERS LOOK NO FURTHER, ORDER AT THE DRIVE THROUGH HERE. We predominantly speak English and so we started our order in English, the woman on the intercom didn’t try to meet us halfway even though we tried our best to order in French when we heard her accent. It was a struggle because my boyfriend in the drivers seat is English only but we got it done. Once we got our food I realized an addition to a burger wasn’t added so i mentione it and the girl at the window acted as if i was being a hassle asking for what i had ordered. She kept closing the window, rolled her eyes and was talking with the two other women in there. I had asked for the ladies name who took our order which she turned around and closed the window once more before smirking and turning around and telling us her name is Dorthey; which I doubt. I’ve worked in customer service and this is a prime example of how NOT to treat loyal paying customers. Just because we’re in Quebec doesn’t give the right to DISCRIMINATE against anyone! It was so great to see the Burger Family on the menu. Teen, Momma, Papa, and Grandpapa burgers! I loved my Teen burger and a Rootbeer Frappe made an amazing meal.

I arrived around 7:30 p.m., Saturday February 1st. The cook had to ask the two girls who were working to answer me. Well, they are looking to see which of the two will serve me. It was just me waiting and no customers at the drive-thru. I ordered a mozzarella with poutine and root beer. Well, I had to tell the young girl that she had forgotten to put poutine instead of fries. She barely apologized and changed my fries for poutine. The mozzarella was cold and had no flavor. I'm 56 years old and I've never had such dull mozzarella. The bread was dry too.
When I went to carry my cabaret, the dishes before me weren't really picked up and what's more, no customers came in while I was eating. The two waitresses only chatted among themselves. I don't feel like coming back to this restaurant and I live in Delson as well. I hope the owners will see to it that their franchise is better.

False advertising on TV... for this 🙄 it cost me $13.00 for 2 disgusting buddy burgers with very little meat, the cheese is thicker than the meatball!!! The tv ad supposed to be 2 for $6.00 🤔 that's a handful. A false TV advertisement!!!

Order to the car *** so returned home surprise... apple in the children's trio expired on November 17, 2024 and it is December 8, 2024. We checked the date because the apples were all brown and to our great surprise expire. It would be necessary to check the dates of your foods. The evening staff is really not serious on 3 occasions there were 3 order errors or there was a certain ingredient missing (no tomato, no mustard or ketchup or just forgetting an item) service takes around 10 minutes which would be understandable if the order would have been completed

Ordered to take out, we waited 15 minutes for the kitchen to make a mistake in 3 out of 4 burgers, the Nashville arrived chubby, the chubby chicken arrived normal without mayo and the buddy burger was missing the onions. We also asked for the new sweet potato fried poutine and ultimately on the bill it appeared as a replacement for normal fries for sweet potato fries, so without brown sauce or cheese. We noticed it at home so we made do with what we had but were quite disappointed.
Their monthly specials are hard to beat!
