They're kind of cheap with their mix ins. I got a pumpkin blizzard before, and it was very white (vanilla). The product received is not at all the product advertised, no rich pumpkin color and flavor. I asked for more pumpkin, and it was better, but still fairly vanilla, not as rich as I felt it should be for what you pay. This time, I got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Again, pretty much vanilla, not as rich in color and flavor as advertised. No nice pink strawberry color, no nice berry taste. You may as well save some money and just get a cup of vanilla ice cream. I've been to other Dairy Queens, and they do better. This Dairy Queen also needs a new drive thru sound system. You can barely hear their speaker. The employees have always been nice, it's just a shame the product isn't better.

A St-Constant.Service très mauvais le 9 septembre 2024!Fermé malgré l'ouverture affichée à 3 heures différentes(11h site en français- 11.30 h porte et midi site anglais).Nous avons perdu plus d'une heure à attendre pour un gâteau commandé 4 jours d'avance par téléphone pour une fête.Nous venions d'une autre région ( aller-retour pour une rencontre familiale). Aucun personnel était arrivé à 12.20 h. Message anglophone sur répondeur.Aucun retour d'appel.Lorsque la gérante a été rejointe 2 jours plus tard, la seule réponse qu'on a eu est qu'elle n'était pas au courant qu'il n'y avait personne à son commerce et qu'elle regarderait sur ses caméras.Elle était désolée selon ses dires mais aucun accomodement et on a donc eu une fête sans gâteau qui devait être personnalisé et perte de temps avec la famille.Ce commerce n'est donc pas fiable et je ne retournerais pas à cet endroit. C'était la première et dernière fois que je faisais affaire avec eux!

Unfortunately the gentleman does not charge for the correct product. We ask for 2 small soft drinks, which normally come in cones, but we ask for them in cups because we have a gluten allergy, a request that we make everywhere in the other DQs but the gentleman charges us like Sundaes, instead of 4.19$ he charges us 5.29$. Check your invoices. I don't know if he understands the products he sells?!? It is very disappointing to see the dishonesty of this gentleman, who also closes the ticket counter door impolitely.
Do not respect the prices displayed. When asked to change the price, closes the drive-thru window and refuses to serve us. VERY DISHONEST!!! Monitor your bills.
