Most of the staff is chill, the elderly French woman who barely speaks English is extremely rude, and the elderly man in his 60s who is probably the owner makes horrible subs. But the young crew members females and males are amazing and they have a great attitude.

Usually great place to eat, I never payed attention if the employees are wearing hair nets but I found a blond hair in my sub, will not be eating there for a while

Arrived at just after 11:00p.m with my two teens after soccer. This particular subway website claims it closes at 11:30p.m. The door was open lights were on, employee sitting at a table doing her paper work. From experience when the hours state a particular time of closing, you don’t stop service before the time. At least adjust your website with the proper information for clients.

Extremely dirty location and rude employee! I went to order my sandwich yesterday and upon ordering and looking at the cucumbers on display there were cucumbers stuck to the side with mold (white fuzz) growing off of them. That does not occur in one day. The attention to detail is horrendous and no regard for the quality of anything at this location. I ordered my sandwich as normal as the employee was putting the cheese on my sandwich one corner completely had NO cheese, so I said can u put some cheese in that corner since there is none, she said “that is extra” I said how is that extra if there is no cheese already there? She said it’s the policy, and I closed my mouth and still bought the sandwich. What I should’ve done was walk right out of this subway location. How are we as customers allowing them to be cheap on sandwiches that are costing almost 15$, this isn’t the first time they skim on ingredients. Would not return here !!

Fast service, very good sandwich, fresh product and Subway is clean. But the young people behind the counter to be a little more professional. It's okay for him to speak among colleagues, I have no problem. But he has certain conversations that don't take place behind a counter.

seriously, what is customer service like these days? I arrived at the restaurant and I got NO “hello, how are you” the only thing I got was a “what do you want”. If you don't want to work, don't work. The girl was working in a flip-flop and shorts with her headphones on. Entouka disappointing customer service. On the other hand, the one at the checkout was super nice :)
