Badly clean, bad service time to wait 45 minutes after the time they told me to arrive when I placed my order on the phone
Waited almost two hours on a delivery just to get it cancelled after all. It’s not about getting the refund, it’s about not getting the food and impacting family plans. Deliveries normally are longer from them compared to others shops but this is unbelievable.

ordered from there...it took 1h20 before they finished preparing a damn pokebowl....i mean you dont even have to cook anything. and compared to other sushishops i go, poke came with a slushi iceberg salad compared to boston salad in other restaurant, not great. worst sushi shop experience iv had

Sushi Shop are always excellent!Except Delson.Minus 2 stars for only half of the regular menu available.Minus 2 stars for the fact that they don't accept their own coupons.Never again in Delson.

We had ourselves prepared in advance and brought a tray. They were all very good, we had enough food for 4 people.On site when picking up the order, the employee was smiling and answered our questions. Very good service.The dining room was also very clean and there was take out at the counter to keep cold.

Warning: I got food poisoning from a salmon poke bowl. On the other hand, I must say that their customer service is truly impeccable, I was called back quickly and the situation seems to have been taken seriously.
I have always been a big fan of this restaurant. During my last visit, on the other hand, what was my surprise to find that the mangoes were not at all ripe. That being said, they at least had the merit of being there, unlike the sweet potatoes in my friend's bowl, which were not there.We were in no way warned of the poor quality of the food (or lack thereof), and after the fact, no accommodation was made.In short, our experience was tinged with a service that was far from meeting our expectations. I'm disapointed.Attached you will find a photo of the mangoes in question.
