Thai Express Restaurant Delson

I had such a great experience at the Thai Express in Delson! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent every time I go. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even better. On my last visit, I accidentally dropped my plate, and without hesitation they prepared me a brand-new one at no extra charge — such amazing customer service! It’s rare to find that level of kindness these days. Definitely my go-to spot for tasty Thai food.

I have been eating at this location for a very long time. Food is by far the best Thai Express in town and the service has always been excellent. I really don’t understand why people are whining about this restaurant’s food and services.

Customer service could be greatly improved.
Sunday I ordered a pad thai with imperial rolls, the bill was almost $25. The clerk at the cash register never offered me the $15 Duo Pad Thai Sunday special. He charged me a la carte. I realized this just before leaving because the poster is next to the exit door.
The following Sunday I went back just to do the test, same employee, I ordered a pad thai combo and once again he changed it to the menu instead of charging me the special price of the day!
He's a true crosser!

staff was very friendly even cracked a couple jokes with my child food was tasty we got pineaple chicken 5/5 just fot the chicken alone we ate half the meal in dine-in and gotm the rest to go just because of the serving size my child said he would really like to come here agian its our new lunch brunch place

Staff is very friendly, and the food is really good. I've been in a lot of Thaï Express franchisees that don't properly season their dishes, but this isn't one of them.

I ask for pakbok for my kids I mentioned (( not spicy ) ) they gave make it spicy my order was almost 78$ they give me my order with no bags 6 orders, I ask for bag they said 0.40c

A vegetable stir-fry supposed to be moderately spicy... I stopped eating after 4 mouthfuls because my mouth was burning.

I've been trying to call for 20 minutes to order an order that I'll come pick up, but there's no answer! He picks up and hangs up instantly.

Really ordinary… you have to go through doordash which charges fees to use their sites.

Very disappointed that the Thai express is closed, now it remains that Thaïzone in the region and are not able to respond. Very insulting. Soon they too will close the doors with this kind of service….

My partner got food poisoning after being there. Very not recommended!

So first of all the store is hot no air conditioning in the place when is 30 degrees outside,

But service not that much, bought fountain drink and every time I go to Thai express in Laval/lasalle/dorval any where i got the drink refill for free or for 1$ here not at all they said they don’t refill it at all :/ super dry and rude

Amazing place, good food and amazing service.
The cashier saw that we ordered the wrong thing and helped us with it. He was so kind and helpful!
