Been there a couples of times staff is not organized, orders are all messed up. They have messed up my orders 4 times out of 5 so not going there anymore.

life worst experience 45 mins with this location. I was ordered online through tims application wrap and steve tea. When reached store show the order no. as we do, but firstly lady said okay, i got side and waiting my order front of picup counter but drawsback after 30 min when i asked howww longgggg she said sorry we do not have chicken and we clearly said we do not make steve tea at this location menu i said whattttttt ??? so why am waiting here, you have to let me know that you do not have and she argued with me totally disguisting experience whatever you asked she said no we do not have or we do not know so, why they open stores and comes to serve if they can not shame on these locations and managements .

I pulled into the drive-through this afternoon to get a coffee. There was no one ahead of me or behind behind me. When I got the speaker, the employee asked me what I wanted and I said give me 30 seconds to read the menu please. The person then responded in a rude tone and told me to hurry because they are timed. I answered back that I didn’t want to waste his precious time, left, and I went to McDonald’s instead.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Coffees were half empty. As well ordered 2 farmer breakfast wraps that were horribly made. Missing the hash brown and each wrap had maybe half an egg in it.

Arrival at 7 p.m. while they close at 10 p.m. I had a group order to make, but no more Tim bits and no chance to prepare any because the ovens are already cleaned. I understand that it can be long, but making sure you have the products before closing the ovens, especially when there are at least 3 hours left of opening would be the least of things. 🙄
