Would give 0 stars if I could. Coffees were half empty. As well ordered 2 farmer breakfast wraps that were horribly made. Missing the hash brown and each wrap had maybe half an egg in it.

I ordered an English breakfast with biscuit bread, but the bread was hard and cold. It seemed like it had been reused without being warmed up.

The staff at the drive-thru are so inviting and friendly, by far the best service ever received from a drive-thru I recommend more.

Lack of donuts. Apple fritters are still missing even 3 hours before closing. Damage.

Impeccable service, fresh coffee and excellent donuts, small downside quality of the chairs! 4 completely torn armchairs with peeling leather, inconceivable for a restaurant.

Arrival at 7 p.m. while they close at 10 p.m. I had a group order to make, but no more Tim bits and no chance to prepare any because the ovens are already cleaned. I understand that it can be long, but making sure you have the products before closing the ovens, especially when there are at least 3 hours left of opening would be the least of things. 🙄

I ordered a cheese pizza with almost only tomato sauce?
Before paying for my order I asked for a glass of water. After giving me my order she tells me that I have to pay 10 cents for the glass of water. I wouldn't have minded paying but the fact that she told me she didn't know about charging money for a glass of water and someone just told her. I’m shocked ? I didn’t know in restaurants you have to pay for a glass of water

This lunchtime was hell, the wait time at the drive-thru was endless, I spent my entire lunch hour and what's more, when I got to the window, my colleague and I always checked because there was always a problem with our orders at this tim. I say that I don't have any tomatoes in my club at the tim, the cashier takes it back to me, still no tomatoes and they didn't put any in my colleague's either.. she comes in to share the problem and they persist on top of it!
Really, this Tim is nonsense.

Really deplorable service, the lady who takes orders doesn't give us time to look at the options on the menu and rushes us, saying that there are other people behind.
This one is impatient and abrupt in the way she expresses herself!

(It had only been 2 minutes since we took the order)

I can understand that we have to drive and that we have a time that we must not exceed since I too worked in a Tim Horton in customer service about 2 years ago but I would never have pressed so much a customer to take their order.

Not everyone is made to work in customer service!

100% efficiency in the morning even if there are 5/6 vehicles the waiting time is always more or less 1 minute.
They have excellent staff.

Bad experience with a lady at this Tim Horton's. Yesterday I switched to drive-thru ordering. The lady at the counter tells me to go to the door because my tea isn't ready yet. So far no problem. I'll park at the front door and wait. Another employee comes out a few moments later and in a very unpleasant and frustrated manner tells me that I am parked in the wrong place and that she was looking everywhere for me. I apologize, telling him that this is the first time I've been told to wait at a door at Tim's and that I'll know for next time. She continues to talk to me frustrated, repeating the same thing to me. When she turns around to enter Tim, she says to me: "I don't just have that to do." I understand she's overwhelmed, but that's no way to talk to people.
