Served me the croissant from yesterday that was expired and hard. Asked for a iced coffe without sugar and still added it. I came back and explain it to her she apologize and gave me another coffe and a other croissant free

Bad service, employees always seem to be in a bad mood, they are not nice and don't invite you to shop here because it's convenient but bad service compared to others.

Awful drive thru experience, super slow at an 8 PM timing. Waited 15 minutes. Other cars ended up leaving. Super under trained staff, the guy didn't even know how to check mobile orders and seemed confused.

4:45 AM today, a cashier took the chocolatines and bathed them with his hand directly and put it in the bag....what class...disgust

Maybe some of the staff could benefit from basic social etiquettes training. I came in, smiled at the young woman at the counter and said Bonjour. She said nothing, just stared at me. When she gave me my drink, she pushed it in my direction without looking at me. I said Merci. Again, she said nothing, just ignored me. Maybe she doesn't like Asians? Maybe she was having a bad day. But hey, my money is as good as the next person's. I was having a bad day too but that didn't stop me from being polite because it cost me nothing.

This is the first time I have left a review for a restaurant since I have never been so poorly received. The employee who served me seemed insulted that I tried to order in French. As soon as I saw that she only spoke English, I pulled myself together and immediately ordered in her language. It was too late because from that moment on, the employee started to be very unpleasant. I didn't get involved in her game since I was with my children and I hoped they hadn't noticed anything about the employee's behavior. When I left the restaurant, my son told me that the lady didn't seem in a good mood. Indeed... I find it sad that in Quebec someone can feel insulted to be addressed in French. It's incomprehensible.
