Hi, I just bought a black coffee tonight, but it wasn’t even warm. I had already left the location, so I couldn’t return it. It’s a humble request — if the coffee isn’t fresh, please at least make sure it’s served hot, especially during the night. Thank you.

Stopped in for a little quick breakfast, 3 out of 3 meals were cold. That would be ok if they were made to be eaten cold, I had a farmers wrap with sausage... the sausage was still frozen almost.

No ice no ice coffee, people does not know their menu some barely speak English or Frenchong waiting and had to ask refund because they did not have what I ordered.

I'm not sure what the management has told their staff but it's definitely not working.
They have only 1 person at the front taking orders but then that same person is responsible for finishing that order before taking the next one. I stood third in line for 10 min without it moving before my friends told me that we will be late and I had to leave. And behind me there were another 5 people waiting. All of this happened within 10 min.
Either make sure you have more than one person at the front and more than one counter working as well or do not put one whole person on just phone orders.
Management really needs to change how things are done here. I'm kind of stuck as it's the only tims on the way to my work.

Used to come here every day, but no-more. Today early morning while entering Tim Hortons, I saw the guy who was making wraps for a drive-thru order wrap fell on the ground he picked it up, put it in the bag and served drive-thru window customer. He thought I never noticed.
I don’t know how they managed to forget the cheddar on a HAM & CHEDDAR but here we are good job Tim Hortons 👏

A worker named “shahid” refused to serve me in English, told me “this is Quebec” unacceptable seeing how this Tim Hortons is on native land.
Will not be going here ever again and id recommend all English speakers avoid this place.

They don't even know how to make the food , as i ordered a coriandre vege wraps , they just messed up my meals by putting wrong things inside as the staff is very illitrate, doesn't even know how to make a food
