Brought my son over to turn his frown up side down and brighten up his day with a donut and some hot cocoa. There was no hot chocolate being served. Huh?! But there was hot white cocoa available. Now we're converted only to white. It's so good. But answer me this. How do you not have cream cheese for the bagels ???? And rolls of brown paper towel to substitute napkins??? All in all, service was quick, bagels and donuts were still good. And I enjoyed my large double double.
They are always understaffed. I know a few employees here. They aren't even paid minimum wage.For those who complain they need to speak French, you do realize they work on the reserve. They are not obligated to speak French if even you demand it. Hindsight, if you are demanding the speak french, that's how we feel when you can't understand English and we want to be served in English.My orders were always perfect.
