Ordered the teen combo. The burger came with a chunk of lettuce that made the burger hard to eat because it kept slipping. Had to remove it. The onion rings were even worse. The breading was coming off and was soaked in oil. Not to mention, the food was also cold. I heard they were lacking staff but standards are still important.

The worst place to go eat A&W don't ever go worse service we got the food wet and even the bag was even wet so the food fall out in the snow they even want to refund us or give us new order they wanted us to eat the food even it felt in the snow see how crazy people they're 😡

*DO NOT GO* Customer service here is atrocious. Got my order wrong during breakfast time today. Who ever was in the food point & the food shoot wasn’t paying attention on the orders. Missed an additional hash brown and gave me the wrong breakfast plate in the drive thru before work.
