While I like A&W, but when did the drive-through, we did not get what we ordered (not enough patties), and we were asked to move the car to the front and wait 20 min for our order that was not delivered correctly. I guess they need to be more organized.Vegetarian options: They have excellent sweet potato fries.
Very great service! The cashier was super polite and did EVERYTHING everyone should. Will definitely be returning. This guy needs a raise! Also very clean dining area. You want to eat at a good fast food place it would be here at this location:)

I have never been to a fast food place that makes more mistakes than this location... Di not get drive through or delivery, and check your order... My kids love the burgers, so I've ordered here many times, but well over half the time, something is missing or wrong!

Absolutely disgusted!! ??Ordered to pick up and got home and this is what we got. ALL the onion rings were fully burnt and when we went back their response was “all of them are like that” (from the guy at the back who probably prepared it and this was his first response without even taking a moment to look at the bag. He knew beforehand and still proceeded to pack it that way). This was probably the onion rings that were at the bottom of the frying rack (or maybe tried to hide some mold with it?) Asked them if they would eat that and said no. This is very concerning. Don’t buy from this location. Imagine your kids eating something like this and getting sick. The lady cashier was nice enough to make it better and was considerate. Better to stay away and be safe. Ps: asked the cashier guy who worked before the girl for some bbq sauce ($0.35) and gave me a dirty look as if I asked his mom to prepare it from scratch and deliver it to my house. Thinking about reporting to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Never going back there and if you guys see this don’t debate about going or not. Simply do not go. Don’t suffer for some $20-30.
