The ambiance is very chill and the booths are very comfortable. The server Miranda was pleasant and helpful with recommendations. The club sandwich is good, I would try something different next time. My friend had the gnocchi Mac and cheese, she rates it a solid 9/10. Overall, portions are big, prices are decent, and service is what you want when dinning.

This year I won’t put the company X-mass dinner there, our bad experience with reservation for team carried out, we had to sit separately, manager lady who told us she will compensate for their mistake canceling our reservation with no reason, disappeared during payment,

We've been eating at Baton Rouge for years. Both eat in and take-out and it's been consistently excellent. Until today. We ordered with Uber. Nachos with spinach dip. Ribs, fries and coleslaw. The dip was lack-luster and the portion was tiny. The coleslaw was pure onions, the ribs mediocre and the fries mealy. The only thing that was good were the nachos. Very disappointing. We should have stuck with St Hubert as we initially planned.

Dollard Baton Rouge location does not respect company promotions. Baton Rouge openly promotes the Monday special for ribs at $25 on Facebook. When we arrived at the DDO location on St. Jean's, they used the excuse it was a temporary promo and did not honour it. We called Vaudreuil, and the Decarie locations, and they said it's a weekly promo. Also, the Laval location had the promo. We will never go back to DDO location again, total false advertising, and they lying about not honouring a promo.

Group of 13 for a birthday, i believe Victoria was our waitress and what a fantastic job she did! Was impressed with the multi-tasking when it was time to split all the bills

Saturday night we reserved a table with some freinds. The server screamed what would we like. Two of us asked for the tempura shrimp then the ribs and chicken meals. Two meals turned up the lady had forgotten the shrimp and the server stands there with the two meals dumfounded what to do. I suggested he take the meals back and bring the shrimp which they had forgotten. Next you manger comes to apologize. Asked for glasses of water. They came like 30 mins later. Desert asked what they had! The same server points to the middle of the table like we were dogs. Desert over there. You know we have been coming to your restaurant for over 20 years and this is the worst service we have ever had. We wanted a seamless evening but with that server it did not happen
Food was good except you tempura shrimp not the same as before just batter. Anyway suggest you get your server trained to behave in a manner not like a drive-thru takeout order. Thanks

Fantastic meal at Baton Rouge! While I didn’t partake in any signature beverages (just coffee and water) - I did order an app and a main - and both were stellar. Temperature and flavour were spot on! Even though the restaurant was busy, my food arrived quickly and service was excellent.
