If I could give more stars for the service I would. Gerry gave the best service I’ve ever had I’m definitely coming here for breakfast more often he was amazing!
There was a dark pubic hair in my food, and although the waiter was super nice and understanding, he said the establishment wouldn't comp my meal. Def won't be going back there
The whole order came wrong, when I called them and explained they hung up one me. Most disrespectful place and service I have ever seen.

I ordered on doordash and got my food all mixed up like a sald. I asked for two eggs, potatoes and apple sauce, didn't know I had to mentioned no bananas because in 2025 no breakfast place still serve you banana. At least put the fruits separate. 30$ in the trash.
Great price, good food, many choices
Food wasn't bad but service was quite slow. The waitress was lovely though.
This is my first time coming to this Ben & Florentine location. The place is clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but a nice place to relax and enjoy my breakfast.
The food was not what was expected, and the avocado was in bad condition, fortunately my husband did not eat it. Unfortunately the quality is not the same.

This was hands down one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had. We arrived at 6:10 am, and we didn’t get our food until 7 am. When the food finally showed up, it was a complete disaster—burnt, cold, and tasted awful. What’s even funnier is that there seemed to be no one in charge in the morning! How does a place like this stay open in the West? The only bright spot was the waitress, who was nice, but even she couldn’t save the situation. I couldn’t even finish my meal and ended up returning my plate. Avoid this place if you value your time and taste buds.

I like the restaurant. Easy to access, large parking lot, very good lunch and dinner. The service is courteous and very friendly. I go there for business meetings. I recommend.
