Magnificent little intimate restaurant, with original cocktail and table creations.
Everything is good. We recommend having several dishes and sharing. Gumbo and jambalaya at the top. Don't miss the desserts either.
We find ourselves here as in the restaurants of the Vieux Carré in the N.O. Smiling, courteous and efficient service.
With family, friends or as a couple. All good options.
Fair prices.
Highly recommend ??

Everything was very tasty. The Mac and Cheese has to be some of the best I’ve ever had.

Second time going, this time for brunch. It was a nice brunch, but menu not available online to know what you’re getting. Menu also does not include lighter options that are on the healthier side, ex no omelettes or lighter fare. Fried chicken, fish tacos, briskette (which was a little too spicy for breakfast and the menu didn’t indicate a spice level). More of a lunch than a brunch. The fried chicken was outstanding however and so was the French toast. Also very filling, unlike their dinner menu which serves up smaller portions.

First time here and not the last!
The food was perfect. We had the fried chicken as an appetizer and enjoyed shrimps & grits as a main.
The service was also impeccable. A bit on the slower side, but they seemed short staffed that day.

Hi! Realy enjoyed dinning there was the first time and wasn't dissapointed waiter was great food was tasty had the fried chicken as an entree was the best fried chicken i ever had trully a must .The main course i had was the blackend Catfish perfectly cooked and tasty will go back again for sure.Recommend wont regret..
The food was delicious! The meal was well worth the price. The only thing that bothered me and my dining companion during our brunch were the wasps that kept coming around but other than that it was a good experience and I should say that even when the wasps were bothering us, when we mentioned it to our server., He quickly relocated us to a table inside so we could finish our meal in peace.
Bistro Nolah is the absolute best brunch in Montreal, hands down. The food is absolutely sublime! The music offers that New Orleans vibe, and free parking is such a great perk these days. The pralined bacon? Chicken and French toast? Burbon maple syrup pancakes? Heavenly. Again, do not miss out. Any time I visit Montreal it is an absolute must to go back to Bistro Nolah!

Great meal. I didn’t call before hand to ask about their GF options on the menu and I was afraid I couldn’t eat anything since there wasn’t any suggestions or possible replacements. Our waiter Chris was quick to answer my questions regarding what could be offered. Thank you for checking back and forth with the kitchen, listening, double checking again, and being honest. I will definitely come back. The service was fantastic!!!

Cramped and noisy. Mediocre food and outrageously overpriced for what they serve.

Best fried chicken the planet! Our meal were amazing, we had the cod and the short ribs. I have been to this restaurant 3 times an every time the food was spectacular! Our waitress was great and did not stop the whole time we were there! We will be back!
Food is always superb! Restaurant was very very noisy though - there do not seem to be any noise dampening elements in the room and there were two loud groups. Music only added to the din
We were excited to try authentic Cajun cuisine, something we've barely dabbled in, and Bistro Nolah did not disappoint! Every dish was an explosion for flavour. We opted to do 3 starters, and split the Shrimp & Grits, and it was the perfect amount of food for two. We will definitely be back for more! Brunch with the family sounds delightful!
