I love core st Luc bbq and whenever It’s too hot to cook I’ll go for a meal there, everything is fantastic, however…
The pricing has become a little ridiculous.. for a half chicken and a salad.. it’s 33$ not including tip. I typically tip 20%.. does a half chicken and a salad deserve to cost 40$… in my opinion, it’s overpriced.

I ordered half a rack of ribs with a baked potato. Generous portion of ribs for a half rack. The baked potato came with butter, sour cream and gravy. The order also came with coleslaw.
Linda was our waitress. She gave fast service and was really nice.
