What a pleasure meeting Connie at the cash, chef Dwight, and Debra, who works in the kitchen. Everything is made in-house, with the exception of the patties that are flaky and sweet and inside stuffed with quality filling, the paties are outsourced made due to kitchen capacity, but patties are way better than other popular restaurants. The roties are MEGA HUGE and truly tasty and plenty filling. Great job and worth your visit. Try them.

Very surprised by the lack of flavour in the chicken roti. It’s as tho the target market isn’t for melanated people but rather the pale nation who aren’t too innerstanding of our flavour. Very salty no spice. Pricing is a lot higher than what’s posted on the website, considering same owners. As per image attached. I’ve never seen any food chains offering same menu and different pricing strategy. West Island is paying more than CoteDesNeiges. This is a red flag.

Boy do I miss the old Caribbean Curry House on Victoria. Their juicy chicken roti, full of flavor.
This isn't that hard of a dish to make...
Just stay away from breast meat, it's too dry for roti.
Also, the size!!! They don't need to be this big. The ones from the old Victoria Ave. restaurant were square not rectangle.
I know you will claim to be using the old restaurant's recipe but guess what, they didn't give you the recipe they were using.
They were using leg meat and very little breast.
Do some R&D, improve the flavor and texture, reduce the size to maintain profit margins if necessary.
It not about quantity, it's abou quality.
I will give you an other try in a year or so. Good luck.

Came here for lunch today with my wife and daughter. We had a goat roti, doubles with chicken, a chicken patty and a couple of sodas. The food was tasty, prices very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Can't go wrong with this place. It's going to be our go-to spot for caribbean food from now on.

The roti dough lack flavour and is doughy. The filling has some flavour, but unfortunately has to be picked out of the roti. Rice and beans bland as I have ever tasted.
The jerk chicken was dry and overcooked unfortunately.
I think I got yesterday chicken possibly?
The shrimp in the roti was microwaved. Not to mention when I ordered I was told 5 minutes…. 40mins later I finally got my disappointment . I had just recently moved and hoped this location would be a replacement for Pimento's Cuisine des Caraibes.
But fell way short of the mark.
I will travel the extra 15 minutes next time.

Very nice place and the food is great!
Hard to find carribean food, and halal meat. The goatcurry is on point, coleslaw /salad is good, rice well made and im looking forward to trying other dishes. The Owner is very friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. Great local hidden spot and glad I came across it. Definitely recommend if you're looking to try some Caribbean food with a friend or family.
