Dairy Queen (Treat)

Unacceptable!! My husband and I came to this location after driving to a different Dairy Queen and realizing it was closed just to receive this. Surprisingly this is SUPPOSED to be a caramel sundae, in what world is caramel this dark and CHUNKY. The worker was literally squeezing the “caramel” from the bottom of I assume a very OLD bag. I understand we came late (30 minutes before closing) but common sense would suggest NOT to serve this to ANY customer. Absolutely terrible experience, we threw it out right when we left the store.

Don't offer your service on Skip if you can't deliver in a timely fashion. And have the drivers properly pack the ICE CREAM. With the app we can watch him drive around with melting ice cream for 30 minutes! Get them to get an ice bag with ice packs!

Very disappointed with the pizza cake received today. It is the smarties one and it is not recognizable as that cake. I will not be serving this cake , as it simply does not look appetizing!

Absolutely disappointed by my experience. I went there today asking for a dipped cone which I paid extra for and barely had any dip on it. The cashier was extremely rude and the person who prepare my order was messy. Overall this location has gradually gotten worse over the years. Avoid this location if possible.

Went in expecting the same great experience that getting ice cream always is. Instead I got an ice cream cone with almost no chocolate dip on it. It was see-through as if none of the chocolate stayed on the cone and all slipped right off. Just very disappointed in it :/

Gives us Sundays that are too small, explaining to us that the machine does not work well, charges the big price in a very dirty place and unprofessional staff to avoid for the West
