Dairy Queen (Treat)

I usually stop by this Dairy Queen whenever I’m in the area, and my go-to order is the banana split. Normally, I enjoy it a lot, but this time I noticed something different, the ice cream texture has changed. Instead of being smooth and creamy, it had a more opaque look and reminded me of an “ice milk” consistency. It didn’t have the rich, classic Dairy Queen taste I’m used to. I really hope this is just a temporary change or a supplier issue, because the creamy ice cream has always been what makes Dairy Queen stand out. I would love to see it go back to the original recipe, that’s what keeps customers like me coming back.

Quick, good portions, good service.

Been coming to this location for many years. Young crew are lost sometimes. No DQ swirl on my sundae and sometimes the ice milk is icy and not creamy. Pricing is a bit steep for the quality. All in all, an ok experience.

Very friendly staff. Prices are the same as everywhere, but service is great. Stop ny if you are in the atea and cool down.

Whoever is working the day shift at this location they purposely pick up the phone and hang up or they immediately end call after 2 rings... very unprofessional

On March 20th, my girlfriend and I visited this Dairy Queen location to redeem a nation wide promotion for a free cone, as clearly stated on the coupon, which included Quebec locations. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were informed at the counter that the promotion was only valid in Ontario. When I pointed out that the coupon explicitly mentioned Quebec, the cashier simply stated that this location does not participate.

Rather than informing customers beforehand, they allowed people to wait in line, only to deny the promotion at the register—likely leading many to purchase something instead. This is misleading and unfair to customers.

To anyone considering this location, I recommend going elsewhere. We went to Baskin Robbins next door and received great service from their friendly staff. I will be filing a complaint with Dairy Queen's head office regarding this experience.

Don't bother coming, they don't do the free cone deal

I ordered a Blizzard from this Dairy Queen location, and it tasted completely off, super acidic, spoiled, and made my tongue tingle. Shortly after, I started feeling unwell, my stomach has been hurting, and I’ve been feeling like throwing up. I’m genuinely concerned this could be a food safety issue.

Dairy Queen needs to take this seriously and ensure their ingredients are fresh before someone else gets sick. This issue needs to be addressed.

We always like to order the Blizzards from DQ DDO. The staff are always kind and helpful.

Unacceptable!! My husband and I came to this location after driving to a different Dairy Queen and realizing it was closed just to receive this. Surprisingly this is SUPPOSED to be a caramel sundae, in what world is caramel this dark and CHUNKY. The worker was literally squeezing the “caramel” from the bottom of I assume a very OLD bag. I understand we came late (30 minutes before closing) but common sense would suggest NOT to serve this to ANY customer. Absolutely terrible experience, we threw it out right when we left the store.

Don't offer your service on Skip if you can't deliver in a timely fashion. And have the drivers properly pack the ICE CREAM. With the app we can watch him drive around with melting ice cream for 30 minutes! Get them to get an ice bag with ice packs!
