Great place, the restaurant was quiet because everyone was on the terasse, so we had a very peaceful supper.

Always a great experience at Enoteca Monza — delicious wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, and an excellent wine list. Elegant atmosphere and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Ordered puck up.
After making me wait for 15 min, the manager was more interested in making people sit than to give me my order that had arrived. I mentioned it to him 2x.

Finally a waitress gave it to me and I left.
The Fettuccine Alfredo was not good.
The pizza was meh. Barely eatable.
Ceasar salad had almost no dressing.

After I called to say what’s up with the food, I got not a reassuring response.

I had to go out and order food from somewhere else. Ridiculous after almost a 100$ food order for pizza and pasta.

Will never eat there again.

Many better options in West Island.

I loved my experience visiting monza last weekend . The staff was amazing and very helpful to our whole party. The food was delicious as always. However, it did get a bit nosy at one point throughout the night.

Visited this restaurant back in December of 2023. I was disappointed at the the service here.

It was a birthday of a former friend It was Saturday and super busy. My former friend made a reservation for a group 10 people much or less.

It was packed and beyond packed! every corner was full. When I came in 8:20PM, the table was supposed to be ready for 8:30PM.

The lady said the table was not ready.

So We waited and after 9:30PM we finally got a table.

I could not stay any longer. I had work the the following day early in the morning but we waited 1 hour for our table which the previous guests stayed for 3 WHOLE HOURS.

What a shame that the customers stayed that long. THEY should learn that it’s not a place for chatting and people need to eat.

The management should have done an ACTION or acted IMMEDIATELY because 3 HOURS is just plain wrong.

It’s both the customers and management at play here.

Would have love to try the food here but did not get the chance. Unfortunately. Once so visit this place and hopefully get a table I will give it a proper rating.

So hopefully I will give it a try but for now I’m indifferent on service and how the restaurant is being run.

I do hope they make changes and make it better in the present and future.

We recently held an event here and we had a great experience. Management was welcoming, accommodating and easy to work with. Quick response time and they can handle large groups. The servers were also hard-working and kind.

The food is good and the place is clean. This is our second time here for an event and both times were great. Highly recommend!

First time visit. Really enjoyed it. Family friendly and good food. Will go back.
