Feuille de Vigne

I am not usually someone that complains about my food. But I had to write this review because I had the worst meal from this restaurant. It was 1:00pm and I ordered the mixed plate with chicken and beef. The meat was extremely dry and tasteless, I couldn't swallow it without choking. The potatoes were dry husk, not fresh and had no flavor. When I gave my feedback to the owner he told me that is how the food is suppose to be cooked, and that the meat is cooked first thing in the morning and stays on the spit all day. But the fact that it was lunch time, you would expect the food to be eatable. I've eaten at many lebanese restaurants before and it was always fresh and tasty. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Since im not of the neighborhood...But Have a fond memory of what things were at Marche de'lOuest ..40yrs ago.. Twas great times...And after eating at least Feuille de Vigne..I've noticed that the Service and commitment has fallen ..Especially after the Covid years...And today it was just like I was served like a Stranger...I asked just for a ShishTaouk sandwich..And it was Done with haste and quickly made..Not even Wrapped properly!! And as I was trying to Eat the sandwich..It just fell apart ..Pathetic. and i was angry...I've seen better Lebanese Restaurants do Better than that!!...And with that Note...GOOD BYE FdV.!!😑😑

Marvellous, My son LOVES Lebanese food but says that this is way better than any that he's had so far, granted, he has only had the food at the big chains so far but he gives it a 10 out of 10 for flavour and freshness and he's generally very picky. He especially loved the hot peppers. The service was very friendly. The portion generous. The pita was especially soft and fresh. They let us try a topping and explained what it was. The lovely red/pink strips are a sort of pickled turnip.

Shawarma was dry with too much marbling (fat lines) for my liking. It has only a bit of seasoning. Rice was white and not seasoned although cooked fine. Salad was fresh but nothing special. Pickled turnip didn't have much flavour.

Nice people for sure!!I took a Shish Taouk plate.- Chicken tasted weird and very plain so I couldn't finish it. (I don't think it was all white meat.)- The rice had no taste but seemed to be cooked correctly although it was a very small portion.- Garlic sauce tasted funny and I'm not laughing- They didn't put salad dressing, so that was plain too. (I don't know if they usually do since this was my first time)- The small portion of potatoes I had in my plate tasted like they were a few days old. "Rrrruuuurrr."

Very nice owners, but literally the worst shish taouk in my life. Dry chicken, garlic sauce didn't taste at all like garlic, rolled very loose and messy, stale pita and one bite tasted like mould. Still feel sick thinking about it
