In my purchase from HealthTree, I bought multiple supplement bottles of the same supplement in capsule form. Each of the bottles I opened had a foul vinegar odor. I asked friends and family to take a sniff, and they also confirmed vinegar odor. It was my first time buying this supplement so I didn't know if this was the usual scent. I contacted Natural Factors co., the actual manufacturer of the supplement to ask about the legitimacy of these bottles that the distributor was selling. They confirmed the numbers on the label of my bottles were legit, but there should not be any vinegar odor. So something was obviously strange with this purchase - and the expiry date was far out into 2026 (next year). Online searches confirmed that the supplements should have no smell - when I searched for any possibility. I still reluctantly consumed all the bottles over time despite the weird strong smell. I will be going to another health/supplement store soon to repurchase, and to confirm in my head if this vinegar smell was normal or not. It's still bothering me, but I will put this to rest soon.

I bought MSM Joint formula from Healthtree at the time because it was less expensive than other suppliers. Unless there is a sale I would not buy from Healthtree as I find their products expensive and I really don't like buying product from Quebec.
