I hope the owner of Tiagos looks at the reviews and does something to improve the client experience . The food is generally really good which is why we keep coming back. However the last 3 times ( and today being the worst of all times ) we ordered our food at 5:30pm( and sat down to eat ) … my husband’s sandwich came at 6:30pm and my quarter leg came at 6:45pm and was overdone . As we were eating new clients were not able to place orders as they had run out of chicken . I mean it’s Sunday evening… a weekend … people eat out …. And by 6:45pm to have already run out of chicken is not very impressive . The average wait time here is 45mins … for rotisserie chicken !!! I don’t know what the solution is but a lot of customers were getting frustrated… an improvement in the wait time while respecting food quality is needed !

Found this little gem a few months ago and can’t get enough. It’s a half hour drive either way to pick up but well worth it. The chicken is amazing, potatoes out of this world and the rice is delicious. The peri peri sauce is the best I ever tasted. Highly recommend recommend
