I had an amazing experience at maiko! The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!
Maiko not what use to be !
Dark, no atmosphere, + wasn’t the best sushi, It’s overpriced
The sushi’s were amazing. Highly recommend the Khakhi-aghe specialty sushi roll, it was honestly so good. I was a bit unhappy with the first table we got, it was in a little corner so crowded and can barely move there. Your tables are almost stuck to the person beside you and just enough space for a person to slip in between. It was our anniversary and we were not expecting that. We kindly asked our server to move us and she did right away which was extremely appreciated. I think it was fair priced for the quality of the sushi and atmosphere. Would definitely go again but I’d make it clear when I call to reserve to not be sat in that little corner area.
Very expensive food was very good I spent $160 for two plates and one tiny bowl of miso soup and 2 glasses of wine.
Pretty underwhelmerd. Most of the Maki rolls tasted similar. Ordered a saporo beer, waiter brought me a large Asahi which he opened and poured. I realized after I took a big sip. Not a big deal but I also just wanted a regular sized beer.
Restaurant was packed, tables very close to each other, we were seated close to the entrance with people waiting for their seats and delivery services waiting for their takeaway orders.
Pretty expensive compared to other restaurants.
We went there for Mother’s Day (5 people) the hostess was extremely cold and rude, our waitress, Mina was sweet. They put us at a table where 3 people fit and our food barely fit on the table. They took so much time to bring out our drinks and when we went it was early so It wasn’t that busy. At first we asked the hostess if there would be any other table available, she was very rude in the way she answered to us and she just said “everything is booked” didn’t even take a look in her log book. Anyways, she needs to get replaced since she’s the first person someone sees and unfortunately she determines the rest of the dinner
Simply the best… my favorite sushi spot in mtl. You have to take the following: 1- jardin de maiko 2- toro mousse 3- orchidée 4- all the rolls you want and you finish with Perles de maiko. Then send me your feedback :)
Food is consistently solid. Fish is good, but not exceptional. Ambiance is warm and service is great. For non traditional sushi, it remains the best in the West Island.
Orders for takeout should be improved as the wait music is noise pollution and during busy times, one person answering the phone doesn’t work.
Really great sushi, very nice place, specialties are my favorites!!
Delicious Sushi, Lovely experience!! Hao was great and very attentive. Going back !!:)

favorite spot for sushi 🍣 in town 😍
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s very disappointing that my favourite dish Kaki aghe is now served as a much smaller portion (it’s been a while now). We used to get decent size pieces and now they give the same amount of pieces but they cut the pieces much smaller. This dish used to satisfy me . Now you’re still hungry after having that dish (even with an entree). Very disappointing of the shrinkflation. Do better Maiko. Your place is a gold mine stop being so cheap.
The food it’s really delicious. The experience was awesome.
Thank for my family
